Definitely a keeper!!! So delicious and comforting on a cold winter’s day!!! The only I did differently was throw in a can of drained Great Northern Beans. Thank you for this yummy soup recipe!!!

I made this for my family this weekend and it was a huge hit! Husband and both kids devoured it. Other recipes do not include the herbs like this one, but I feel like they add so much to this soup. Will definitely be making again!

I make this for our to go soup for camping…I freeze it and have never had a problem. I add extra spinach after defrosting.
