Good recipe, but basically it’s chili. When I served it to my husband, that’s what came out of his mouth…”oh great, chili!” I tried to explain what it was but it really was chili to us. We just served the Fritos on the side.

Hi! Just prepared this fine meal. All came out perfectly as noted in the instructions.
I did do 2 very minor alterations that may not mean anything to anyone but me.
Used beef broth instead of water, and I placed the fritos top and bottom of the fritos pie.
This to me made the meal much more filling.
Thank you for an excellent dinner recommendation will be doing this again soon.
