Got around to trying this and it came out beyond watery and not at all suitable for sandwiches. Used the same ingredients and all I got was a pool of watery sauce with chicken shreds I even added mozzarella (a lot) to try and thicken it to no avail. If I ever make this again, I will use half the sauce and double the chicken. This was not a success.
